Job Description:
Issue sales & purchase contract
Follow up import L/C opening, review customers L/O & request amendments if any, open L/O (or inform document instruction to supplier
Check production status, monitor shipment status and inform sales offic/customer the status timely
Follow up preshipment inspect application and procedure
Check import shipping documents and tally with the contract
Prepare export documents with a target to make clean negotiation
Monitor payment from customer against L/O or terms whichever applicable
Credit monitoring: To monitoe all open accounts
Timely report of any difficulty
Accure all costs as listed in contract memo or check with trader if need be
Review contract contract balance every month and close completed contracts
Maintain updated contract file
Ad-hoc matters as per required
Important Information:
Working hours Mon-Fri, 9:00am-5:30pm
Working location at our Shenton Way office
AWS 1.5 months, with variable bonus
Annual leave 14 days 1st 3 years, 21 days after 3 years' service

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
