Responsibilities:
Responsible for all reception/front desk duties
Attend to enquiries via phone calls or emails and walk-in customers
Update, maintain and filing of customers’ treatment records
Schedule, book and re-confirm customers’ appointments for treatments and consultations
Perform cashiering and general administrative duties
Requisition of retail & salon products, stationery and any other items required for salon use
Manage staff duty roster, attendance and leave records
Assist with monthly print out of therapists'sales records for submission to HQ
Liaise with HQ personnels on any matters regarding outlet operations and staff
Banking errands & any other ad-hoc duties when required
Pre-requisites:
With at least 1-2 years of working experiences as Customer Service Officer, Receptionist or related roles, preferably in retail environment
Prefer applicants with experience in the Beauty & Wellness / Hospitality industries
Excellent customer service with good communication & interpersonal skills
Pleasant, cheerful personality, with good communication & interpersonal skills
Responsible, positive work attitude and with good initiatives
Willing to work retail hours with rotating off days
Working hours: 11am - 9pm (weekdays) & 9am to 7pm
Must be willing to be transferred to other outlets when necessary
Salary package includes basic + allowances
